CLUBMAP Workshops
Where do we start?
The big question. We typically start with a conversation about where your organisation is at, and then complete a Club Health Check, which is included with all workshops. It is very hard to move forward without understanding where things are at. Often volunteer administrators know something isn't quite right, but aren't sure what it is, or how to fix it. A Club Health Check is a great way to get an understanding of the current pressures, but also get a mini action plan outlining the immediate priority focuses.
Which workshop is right for our club?
The 'gold standard' is the Premium Planning Workshop. In this workshop we work with your organisation to build your plans, provide some proven ways to grow revenue, membership and volunteers, as well as share some tips on finances, committee structure and more. Within a week you'll have a strategic plan, a revenue plan and an operational plan. We then suggest the Facilitated Planning Day. The two workshops together form our Complete Planning Package. In this workshop we bring the plans to life. How to implement different initiatives, who is going to look after them and when. A very productive session, planning out the next 12 months for the club. This proven workshop formula is tried and tested, however we also have other workshops that are more specific to certain aspects of club operations.
We have a strategic plan, but we need help elsewhere?
Having a strategic plan is great, but it often doesn't solve the here and now pressures. The two biggest issues most clubs face is fundraising and volunteers. The New-Age Revenue Workshop provides a revenue plan to generate anywhere from $20-100K in brand new, repeatable revenue. We cover new ways to grow membership, sponsorship and fundraising, and show you how to implement them. The Volunteers & Structure Workshop provides direction on how to set your club committee structure up effectively, and how to recruit and retain more volunteers, your club's greatest asset.
