The second webinar in the series presented by Clubs Tasmania and CLUBMAP is on how to build a practical roadmap for your club's future. Register to receive the link to join online.

A strong strategic plan gives your club clarity on where it’s heading and what matters most.

This session will step through a practical approach to planning, helping clubs set clear priorities, engage their committee and members, and turn long-term goals into achievable actions. We’ll also look at how to create a plan that stays relevant and actually guides decision-making, rather than sitting on the shelf.

The third webinar in the series presented by Clubs Tasmania and CLUBMAP is on how A.I. is helping community clubs already. Register to receive the link to join online.

A.I. is creating new opportunities for community clubs to save time, reduce volunteer workload and get more done.

This practical session will explore how clubs are already using A.I. to assist with grants, communications, sponsorship, planning, policies and everyday administration.

We’ll share simple examples and tools that volunteers can start using straight away, regardless of their level of technical experience.
